O.J Simpson’s Old Conviction Was Overlooked By Nevada Parole Board

The Nevada parole board discussed O.J Simpsons robbery in 2008, that ultimately put him behind bars. There was a Live hearing, where they used detail information on O.J’s criminal convictions. The Commissioners thought that O.J had no prior criminal record.
Now we all know about the Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman case, of which the Juice was found not guilty of all charges. However, there were some pieces of this puzzle missing. Back in 1989, Simpson plead no contest in Los Angeles to misdemeanor battery of Nicole Simpson.

Come to find out, the parole board did not have this information. It just got lost in the files.

O.J who is now 70 years old, has a good eight year prison record, so the board decided to move on the missing information, unless Simpson violates his parole. The charge could put Simpson in jail for one year. The Juice will just do community service and receive counseling instead.

Boy, that man is one lucky bird.
